01 Membership Eligibility

- You must register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

Age Restriction

02 Account Registration
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the amoi88 platform. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a violation of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are responsible for updating your personal information whenever changes occur.
- The email address and phone number you register must be your own and remain reachable.
- Amoi88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time without providing a reason.
- The KYC process requires a copy of your official identification document and valid proof of address.
- Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe will be temporarily suspended.

- Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the member's account name.
- Amoi88 does not accept third-party deposits — all funds must originate from sources owned by the member.
- Any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- The maximum daily deposit amount may vary depending on the member's KYC level and VIP status.
04 Cash Withdrawal
Amoi88 processes withdrawals quickly and transparently. Your winnings belong to you, and we ensure the withdrawal process runs smoothly without unnecessary delays.
- Withdrawals are only permitted to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit.
- The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
- Your first withdrawal requires full KYC verification before it can be processed.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment method.
- Amoi88 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds.
- Any withdrawal attempt involving fraud or money laundering will be cancelled and reported.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests received before 10 PM (Malaysia time) on working days are typically processed the same day. Requests received after that cut-off will be processed on the next working day.
05 Bonus & Promotions
Amoi88 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.
- The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.
- All bonuses are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated in their respective promotion terms.
- Amoi88 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through methods that violate platform rules.
- Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash before the wagering requirements are fully met.
- Players who consistently display low-risk betting patterns solely to farm bonuses may have their bonus eligibility revoked.
- Limited-time promotions have stated expiry dates and cannot be extended.
Rollover Requirement

06 Game Rules
All games available on the amoi88 platform are subject to their respective game rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
- All game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended.

- The use of automated software, bots, or any assistive tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation and may result in permanent account suspension.

07 Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Amoi88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from the account owner's own negligence.
- Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online accounts.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of account security.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
- Report to the amoi88 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
Data Encryption
All communications between your device and amoi88's servers are protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Sensitive information such as banking details is processed through certified payment processors and is not stored on our servers.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Amoi88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- Owning more than one active account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Involvement in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through methods that violate the platform's terms.
- Using third-party software or bots to gain an unfair advantage.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the technical infrastructure of amoi88.
Consequences of Serious Violations
In cases of serious violations, amoi88 reserves the right to freeze all balances in the relevant account while an investigation is conducted. If fraud is confirmed, those balances may be forfeited and the case may be reported to the relevant authorities.
09 Liability Limits
Amoi88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Internet or network service disruptions affecting a gaming session.
- Hardware or software failure on the user's own device.
- Third-party actions that compromise account security due to user negligence.
- Financial losses arising from wagering decisions made by the user themselves.
- Technical failures caused by extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters or large-scale cyberattacks.
10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Amoi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational needs or regulatory changes. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
- Members will be notified of any amendments via their registered email or in-platform notice.
- Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
